The people with most followers on the microblogging site Twitter may be aliens. Experts on the subject of opinion and pop backlash have gathered on the internet to wonder on whether our planet is in danger of alien invasion after Justin Bieber’s amount of followers surpassed that of Lady Gaga. There is no danger of war of the worlds, rest assured.
There is no hope either.
The experts have come up with two theories after careful calculation within their intestines. Either the aliens will stay the hell off earth or then they have already infiltrated us and started to take over the world with a wave of strategic confusion starting with Marshall Mathers III. As earthlings we should hold our breath, so as to stunt our brain capacity in hopes of actually understanding what is going on.
With the rising popularity of the social media as a marketing tool, we have to be prepared for the consequences. We can imagine that, if the aliens are on earth already that they would market the hell out of themselves. And this is up to your interpretation, here is a quote I found with a quick Google search on Lady Gaga:
“I’m so honored for all the little monsters and self-professed freaks of the universe, to have more VMA nominations in a single year than any artist in MTV history,” Gaga says in a statement from MTV.
What does she mean with all the little monsters and self-professed freaks of the universe?
